But Facebook is still the most popular social media platform with the most active users.
This is the perfect time to remind you that you don’t have to be on every social media platform. Instead, pull your Google analytics to see which social media platforms aren’t performing and delete them altogether.
Also, discover where your target audience is at and find out when your target audience is active on those platforms to make sure your brand is seen at the best times.

Give your customers the ultimate customer service experience by replying to questions or provide a solution to your followers in real time or as quick as you can.

That’s when the opportunity to offer your service comes up. The next thing you know, you have a new client!
